The foundation of HAMATE POLYCLINIC would not have been possible without the pioneer surgeon Dr. Shivendra Kumar Srivastava. He made a very modest beginning from a small clinic named Shivendra’s Ortho Clinic at Lekhraj, Indira Nagar Lucknow. These laborious efforts led to his new venture in form of hospital in A-733, Indira Nagar with the name of HAMATE POLYCLINIC. Dr. Shivendra Kumar Srivastava did his M.B.B.S. from KGMC , LUCKNOW and M.S. Ortho from SNMC AGRA. Mch (ortho) and further expertised his talents from ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES (AIIMS), New Delhi, MAX HOSPITAL and other Govt Hospitals in new delhi as a Joint Replacement and Complex Trauma Surgeon. A breakthrough came in after acquiring the super specialized training from ENGLEWOOD HOSPITAL NJ, USA Centre in the field of Joint Replacement with advanced skills on approach and experience regarding Orthopedics, knee replacement, revision joint replacement and other surgeries.

Since then there was no looking back, he got training from various Institutes world over and enriched himself with knowledge par excellence and passed on the benefits to the patients. He holds an experience of more than 2000 Arthroscopic Surgeries of Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Hip, revision joint surgeries and joint Re- construction of more than 5000 Joint Surgeries including knee replacement. The highlights of his operative techniques are short stays at hospital and early recovery even after major surgeries like Knee replacement, which means you can go back to normal life earlier. He is passionate about passing his knowledge to other fellow doctors and team.
